Apparently 12 points were rushed.

Reports Jake Williams could miss this weeks game against woody south and may even be the season.

Huge blow if true heading into their elimination final on Saturday one of the demons better players. :(

Tendon that attaches the bicep to the elbow - Straight off the bone. poor bugger.

Everyone was paying him out, saying it made his guns look even bigger

Somehow had absolutely no pain (probably because it was the tendon that tore off the bone and not the actual muscle) and he couldn't do anymore damage to it, so I strapped it up and let him go on the proviso that any sign of pain, throbbing or swelling he comes straight off.

Has surgery to re-attach it today, best of luck to him.

haha, no, they were in dire straits trainer-wise and agreed to help out for the day because they weren't playing us. Just a once off...

I'd do the same for almost any club that was in the same boat, provided I don't have duties of my own for the day.

I've done it for Gullies too on a couple of occasions when they've been split up for finals

Shouldn't the TOTY just be the whole CBC team with maybe the inclusion of Sumner, Langford & Martinello.

CBC 60PTS
WS 30PTS

Just saw the score today- WOW.

Stand by my statement- CBC would win div 4 with their team. Watched a Div 3 First Semi today and CBC would be competitive in that!

What has made CBC so good? Watched them in a final last year against Glenunga and didn't think they were outrageous. Can't access the old clearance page to see their ins and outs but from looking at todays team it doesn't look like they added any dramatic Superstars like Pulteney have over the last two years. Very surprised at that result.

Tell you what if you don’t consider blokes like J Greenbank as superstars at suburban level then you’re a hard judge.

There are 4 teams who traditionally would challenge for the flag in this div and then there is CBC. They have a higher percentage than any other A grade team in the SAAFL team in at least the last 5 years.

This mob would flog both Pooraka and Genunga from LY. I don’t think I’ve seen a better side at this standard.

Again, I don't know enough about their side which is what prompted me to ask the question but based on their flogging of Pulteney today who I rated highly last year I don't disagree with you.

Be interesting to see if they can keep their group together and get back into the Div 3/4 territory.

Fair enough mate. They’d walk through div 4 with this team IMO and I know for a fact I’m not the only one with this opinion.
