I watched the whole season of QB1: Behind the Lights last night.

Since it was made my Peter Berg, director of Friday Night Lights (movie), I knew it'd be decent.

Very good incite into top tier high school football in the US.

Quirky cooking show. Pretty funny.

I don't watch these sorts of shows normally but the missus and kids have had it on a bit and it ain't bad. Some of the 'creations' are deadset trainwrecks.

Blue mountain state... Watched the first season a few years back but never followed it up... Started from the beginning yesterday... Real funny show, stupid but funny

Dark Tourist.

David Farrier (New Zealand's answer to Louis Theroux) goes around the world to visit tourist spots and events inspired by the dark and macabre. Very interesting, since he checks out some really bizarre places and stuff. His trip to Turkmenistan is pretty crazy, seemingly a place not far different from North Korea.

He also has feature length doco called "Tickled" which I am halfway through watching. Again, weird stuff but really interesting and engrossing, especially since there is quite a dark side to the video ticking fetish community he stumbles upon.

Disenchantment left me disenchanted.

So much hype.

Storyline was shit, the jokes are mostly unfunny, and some of the voice acting is just annoying.

Got through 5 episodes, but have abandoned it now.

We started The Sinner last night.

The story's a bit wishy washy, but we still got hooked on it. Watched three and a half episodes last night.

I’ve been watching I am a Killer

Quite interesting imo. Most of the stories are just sad - both for the victims and the perpetrators. Puts a human face to some of the “monsters” on death row.

They pretty much all deserve to be locked away for a very long time but strengthens my opposition to the death penalty

Most of their sentences have been commuted to life anyway.

Yep. First couple of episodes were almost unbelievable, watch them with my mouth wide open. Then it petered out a bit

Yeah it dragged on a bit. Probably could've got the story out in half the episodes.

Crazy shit.
