1m a year for someone who only runs one direction...he could get 2m if he ran defensively as well

Not bad coin for a B+ player at best...

Cant really complain when his mate Polec getting the coin thrown at him, and polec isn't as good as wingard

It's crazy at the moment. Now the Saints putting 800k on the table over 5 years.

Bloody hell, Polec clearly has a great manager.

Smart. Pricing himself out of the market as he doesn't want to leave SA but if someone is silly enough to bite he has to take that kind of coin

Polec can go to the Saints, they have pick 3 at the moment (likely to be 4 once GC get a priority pick). Carlton take Walsh, GC take the King twins. Lukosius to Port ;)

We know Wingard isn't worth $1m per year and I doubt even his manager would think it.

Easy to buy into the bullshit at this time of year, I'm not buying into anyone putting $1m on Wingard per year....even someone who would profit from it.

Is it perhaps a ploy from Wingard & management so that he doesn't get put up for trade?
