Was sighted for for two incidents and got off apparently seems you get special treatment these days.

Wonder if being ex-afl and on 11 games had anything to do with it. Should have been rubbed out for life after Hope Valley. Genuine sniper and its only a matter of time before he is gone.

Photos can and do always have a way of making things look worse than they may be.. video footage on both incidents were inconclusive.

Can’t just suspend a bloke because you blokes think he should be.

Don’t stress, you won’t have to deal with him next season - he’ll be in the div above ;)

Would love your thoughts on what you think bedgegood, not the political answer. I know a few people at Hope Valley that were not impressed.

Ticking timebomb, won't be a good look when a Div 4 player is hospitalised next year I guess

Stopping picking up the lollie pappers from HQ office floor your Better than this Bedge.

It’s quite clear in the video and in the photo the Pulteney player is struck in the side of the jaw and his head rocks back. The other incident Timmy pushes the player in the back then deliberately steps on his head as he changes his leg action not to avoid but to stomp.

Pity the first two punches to the back of the head on the ground are missed. Camera panned away unluckily.

You blokes finished 2nd after the minor round, and made a Prelim.. your C grade are playing off in a Grand Final in two sleeps time - surely your attention and focus should be towards the GF Saturday, conducting your exit/end of year interviews and putting energy into going one step further next year?

Can understand you're frustrated you feel like these incidents have gone unpunished, but it's hard to punish a bloke based on the evidence supplied, and it's not going to serve any benefit to the PFC to dwell on it moving forward.

Get around your C grade for now.. and Sumner is on 11 games as it is, if he's a ticking time bomb or sniper as had been insinuated, then it's only a matter of time before he picks up that one game.. everything works out in the long run. 8)

Inconclusive? The stomp is clear as day! His head and eyes look directly at the player on the ground with the intention of making contact with his foot. Preceded by the shove which shows the frustration already at losing the contest. How he was let off from this incident alone is only a mystery only as great as how the pyramids were built.

second one does look dodgy..he didnt have to step on him..first one looks to be a jumper punch/slap type thing..hard to discern..

maybe if the hvfc "incidents" had been dealt with correctly and followed with a punishment more akin to recent games being handed out instead of 1, then this wouldnt have even occurred?

commiserations to pulteney..a great effort to get to a prelim first year in..

as for the game this week, i think the cats can get it done, just, but will need everything to go right..would love to get wsfc +19.5..

there are a few reasons for my tip..the previous 2 games between these two sides, the quirks of the pnu oval, the battle hardness of the cats versus the cruising dolphins, the match ups appear to be ok and of course the pressure of a gf and who handles it best is the great unknown..i might be completely wrong here and look very foolish come 4.30pm saturday but i feel its going to be a lot closer than most think..sumner, the man of the moment, could explode and turn the game on its head..especially going to the southern end..cats have some youth and some giants and huge momentum..dolphins have class all over the park and deserve to win it..but i think st marys or even kilburn would have suited them better..

in the reserves i expect cbc to win..5 goals plus..sorry valley people..best of luck to all the teams playing this week..

The stomp was stupidity made worse by him putting his hands up before anyone even went to him "What did I do? What did I do?"

Good Read Zed!

How have CBC B grade suddenly put everything together?
Were they missing players throughout the year because they’ve hit the right cords this finals campaign.

Yeah not a lot in the punch, seems to be more of a push high up on the jumper than a punch to the jaw.
Unless the umpire reported him on the day, I'd say you can't do him via video for that one.

The stomp looks really bad. Comes just two minutes after the previous scuffle and after the ball has left the area.
Sure, you might argue that there wasn't intent to stomp on the face, but for mine at a minimum its undue rough play, probably classify it as Reckless, medium force to the head which should be 3-4 games. Very very lucky to get off for mine.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

their A grade kept filling up and slowly pushing better players into the reserves..torched wsfc, kfc and then lfc easily in finals..i think they have 2-3 good ones to come in this week as well..
