They are going to have similar pay packets by the sounds of it though.

Not that I think they'd beat them this year, but reckon the Pies style is the best equipped to challenge Richmond

As "off" as the Eagles look, or have been made to look, either the Pies have spent some big petrol tickets or they have a fitness edge on most.

If the ball hits the goal umpire in the field of play, is that not play on?

For such a makeshift backline, geez the Pies have done well .. Wondered at 3/4 time whether they'd used up the petrol tickets, but wouldn't put a line through them yet

Don't think it is .. Happened a few rounds ago and they tried to judge it based on where they think it would have gone had it not hit the ump (via video obviously)

Really? That’s the flop game for mine.

West Coast 40+

I can see Collingwood winning that one, definitely game of the round for me.
Less than 2 goals either way. Or Collingwood by a few.
Sydney v GWS should be fairly good but if GWS don't get bad luck with injuries like last time they played they should be able to win fairly comfortably.
A bit of luck to Sydney and it will be a close game.

Last night was always going to be potentially the biggest flop game, can't believe anyone gave Hawthorn a chance.
