We have a week of leave coming up soon where we've booked a holiday home in Port Elliot.

Will be great for the kids with no Fortnite or wi-fi, just days filled with hiking, snorkeling, fishing, kayaying along with evenings of board games and cards etc.

Probably none LOL.

The boss and I will check out a couple of wineries in the vicinity and grab a couple of bottles here and there but we're probably going to drink bugger all for the week.

Great spot.

Small family owned place, when we stopped for lunch I ended up holding the couples young baby for a half hour out in the garden while they made our pizza's, you can chat to them about their wines, what you like etc. Very enjoyable place to spend a few hours.

Roughly half an hour from where we are staying.

If anyone else has any places to check feel free to throw them at me, the wife is doing up a bit of itinerary which will change order depending on the weather I guess.

Applications closing tomorrow for an internal role I applied for, I can't wait for the disappointment after my interview next week when I learn that I didn't get it.

Yeah, I'm sure that will be a given.

Will be massive if I'm successful, will more than double my wage, I tend to apply for jobs that I probably wont get but that's part of life, you'll never get anywhere sitting on your arse wondering, I do have an element of confidence on this one with the dot points I have to take in with me, I'll be doing all the talking in the interview, I'm up against some stiff opposition though from what I've heard so far.
