for the blokes who have gone through separation, it's been 8 months tomorrow since it's happened... Sometimes i get a little sad about it, but most of all i get angry... i don't wanna get back with her or anything (not that theirs a chance of that and at the moment thats how i feel).

Does the anger subside? - it's not all the time but alot of the time i feel angry about it... i don't take it out on anyone else, but i feel it just bubbling under the surface..

First thing I noticed is that you mentioned "8 moths", don't think about the time etc. it only prolongs the pain.

After 13 years with my ex it ate away at me on the inside for about 4 months, then one day it just all clicked, I thought why worry about what you haven't got, worry about what you do have, you are your own destiny and the sooner you realise the word "ex", the better off you'll be.

The day I found out she was seeing someone new was a day of huge relief for me, not sure if it was because it was the same day that my dad had passed away too but it was what it was.

I don't have a lot of time for her, I don't speak ill of her around the kids but I have no anger towards her.

You probably gotta work out where the anger is directed and channel the energy into something positive, life is too short mate.

You probably are, it brings a sense of closure, it's human nature to still feel that you have to protect the one caring for your kids.

it was the same way as you'd upload an image, but lately ive noticed "copy image address" has worked
