Looking at fielding 3 teams next season. Can't vouch for all clubs but some at this stage are looking at fielding only one side and possibly none at all.

Beefy's game time has shortened for a 45 year old. Played a fair bit of A grade during the year, but only figured in some B grade finals during the Major Round. First GF he coached as a non player on Saturday.

Not sure how Kersbrook's colts will fare either, as apparently have 15 of their Under 18s Premiership joining the senior ranks in 2019.

Well if you keep them all, that's a lot of depth in the senior ranks. Would a C grade be on the cards?

Well done that's a fair turn around for the club.

Playing devils advocate would assume TV no colts, Gums and Meadows on the low side as well.

We had 2 sides this season plus Under 12s and 10s

Meadows will probably go with Kangarilla again.

Can't see TV having any and Gums not sure what they will put on the park next season

Don't think too many clubs will field all 3 colts teams at this stage

How can they? Their A grade must play in the GF according to the HFL rules:

Having made the jump up myself twice in the past I think they are going to be in for a very long year in seniors unless they've got a big bank balance. But its potentially the right move long term for them to be the "2nd Mt Barker team" with population in that area. Hope it works out for them.
