Two of the worst games of the year.

As many times as I've seen replays/highlights of 1984, 1985, 1989 etc I never get sick of them. Showing the Prelims rules out 16 supporter groups and probably not that many Collingwood or WC fans would watch again anyway.

Replay the SANFL Grand Final, better than any of this year's AFL finals!
It'll give me something to watch as I'm working till 2.30am and will be awake till around 5!

Slight change of plan, it appears I’ll be into some chicken wings, ribs & steaks throughout the day. I’m tipping I’ll be 8-10 cans in by the first bounce.

Got asked to work tomorrow and couldn’t say yes quick enough.
Have zero interest in the game and roughly 10 hours @ double time will come in handy for Hong Kong in a fortnight

Disappointing.

During the 90s I used to really enjoy their "that was the season that was" specials on the Friday night before the GF. A great summary of the season. Although having said that, if they produced a similar show these days it would be hosted by 'Hame' and 'Daise' and would likely be cringeworthy.

So true Saintal. Friday night before the GF used to be a Football Paradise. Even Fox Footy aren’t showing past glories. Meanwhile on Fox Rugby channel replays of past GF’s have already started.

Im staggered that there's no Grand Final marathon, even on 7mate or something.

Very disappointing.

Anyone else not enjoying grand final day as much as in the past?

The whole thing is becoming like Super Bowl, just corporate big wigs at the game.

The coverage has also turned to shit. Used to love watching from early morning but yesterday I spent the morning at smiling Samoyed brewery with out even thinking of the game

I used to enjoy the Grand Final Marathon into the 18s, vfl and main game. It was a day about the game, not the corporates.
