Looks like that office bearers list has been carried over for a while. Stephen green hasn't played there since I last did and seems as I'm still listed there as well as Tim Morrow, it may be the same list as was 3 seasons ago when we last played there

Haha, fair enough. I was wondering why they would have LO2s as their A's and B1s at their 2s, but if its an old list that makes more sense!

Heard some laughable rumours yesterday. Farmers flew the two poms out, got them jobs and accomodation only for them to come to two trainings and not come back because there a bunch of wankers. Not one truth in it apart from one of them had accomodation set.

I've heard that same rumour and that they were picked up by SPOC because one of the lads had a curating job there? Not sure how much truth there is but would be disappointing if Ingle Farm were left out of pocket if they did fork out money to bring them over.

I'm pretty sure Ingle Farm have not been left out of pocket as it is my understanding the two players concerned have paid back the agency fees that Ingle Farm paid originally. I think there was a combination of factors as to why they decided to change to SPOC. I believe one of the lads was working there as a groundsman, so that probably had something to do with it. They also indicated a preference to play for a club that is closer to the city. Obviously it was disappointing for Ingle Farm. They thought they had recruited a couple of quality bats only to find out just before the season started they had decided to go and play for one of their opposing clubs with no time to recruit other players. It is what it is and I'm sure it will add a little bit of spice to the game when they play each other.

It seems a par score at Payneham is about 100. Is the pitch that bad and is this the reason for Barber taking so many wickets?

The pitch is terrible, no doubt, but Barber is also a gun.
If all bowlers there were taking poles you could perhaps say it's down to the pitch alone, but for mine a lot of it is cause he's talented.
