The 2018/19 NBL season starts on Thursday night with a double-header Brisbane at NZ Breakers followed by Perth at Adelaide.

Melbourne United have announced that coach Dean Vickerman has signed a 3 year contract extension keeping him at the club until 2022.

Ahead of the season starting tomorrow night the NBL have announced the broadcast details and commentary team for this season.

- All games live on Fox Sports & NBL TV

-Two live games each week on 9Go

-All games delayed on 9Now

Adelaide Crows player and former US College basketballer Hugh Greenwood will join a star-studded commentary line-up for the 2018/19 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season.

Greenwood will join former NBA players Shane Heal and Chris Anstey and a host of former NBL players and stars including Corey Williams, Shawn Redhage, Oscar Forman, Steve Carfino, Cam Tragardh, Mark Worthington, Simon Kerle, Liam Santamaria and Brad Rosen in the commentary box.

Matt Russell, John Casey, Dwyane Russell, Anthony Hudson, Paige Cooper, Seb Costello, Nathan Strempel, Lachy Reid, Sam Squires, Warren Tredrea, Alison Ariotti and Rob Canning will also be part of the commentary team.

All games will be broadcast on FOX SPORTS with two games a week broadcast live on 9GO. All games will also be live on NBL TV and available on catch-up on 9NOW at the conclusion of each round.

SKY NZ will also broadcast every game live across the season with commentary of New Zealand Breakers games spearheaded by Andrew Mulligan and Casey Frank.

Greenwood was a member of the Australian Emus at the 2009 FIBA Under 19 World Cup and played US college basketball before joining the Adelaide Crows
