Yeah true.
I think either way if we keep him or do that trade we will not lose.
Brad's history of injuries have been horrific. Zero games in 2015 and 2018 plus interrupted seasons in the others. Will he ever be up for 22+ rounds of footy in a year?

O’Meara didn’t play 15/16 and went to the hawks for 2 first rounders. The level Brad can play at is absolute A grade, I’d be disappointed if it wasn’t a straight swap for a pick 4 and definitely wouldn’t agree with giving up brad and a first rounder for 4. Essentially what you’re saying is you’re happy for Brad to be traded for pick 23.

That's a risk you take. If he does get on the park and then he might wbe in the same ball park as O'Meara in terms of ouput (only speculating based on the draft he was from etc etc).

So I guess do you want pick 4 that bad or do hope that Crouch gets his body right.

Absolutely a massive boost to your midfield with him on the park. Crouches x 2, Gibbs and Sloane. Looks solid. But it's an if and a risk of course.

A lot of good ball wining ability in there. And they'll land Rankine and Rozee for some additional pace.

I think St Kilda will take a Vic lad, they know they're going to be shit for a while yet so they won't take any go home risks. Perhaps one of the King brothers, they need KPP.

Brisbane will back themselves in to make the place one worth staying at over the next 3-5 years. Midfield is good, they are going to (?) add Neale, do they go the other King?

IMHO if such a deal were on offer, Adelaide would be nuts not to take that.

Crouch is a good, but not great player. You do notice how much better he looks when he can string a decent number of games together, but whilst he's good at finding the ball, tackles well and has good size, he's not quick and he's far from elite by foot. Then there's the injury concerns ...

Crouch + Pick 8 to St Kilda for pick 4.

Crows then take whichever SA lad is left after GC take 2 of them with pick's 2 & 3 (Lukocious, Rankine Rozee).

Then Port use pick 5 on....ummmm....hmmmmmm......

Bailey Smith, Tarryn Thomas, Ian Hill...it's hard to believe, I know, but there's some talent outside of SA too! ;)
