What's the go with Billy Wells?

Was off his face
Apparently went through the Nuri players at quarter time or something, the Nuri president and him had a physical altercation i believe, couldve got very out of hand.

I think Kurtze got a corky, not 100% if there is any more than a corky, needed knee drained of blood

Update apparently its a very bad corky and he may lose his leg, not something youd wish on anyone, hope he recovers.

OK, na, the Billy I'm thinking of is definitely not a ruckman, would be extremely out of character for him to act like a goose too.

Yes, read all the information.
Wells is a former ruckman, carried on like a goose, was on everything under the sun.

Lucky he got to hospital saturday night, knee was bigger than a balloon, blood clots etc etc. Was in icu for a few days and still expected to be hospital for a couple more weeks. They think theyll save the leg now.
Tanunda believe it was a deliberate tactic from nuri

Didn't see incident and wasn't even at the game but the photo of his leg in hospital is pretty bad.

To the members and supporters of the Tanunda Football Club Incorporated,
Whilst we acknowledge that we are hurting following the results of last Saturday’s Grand Final matches, our primary concern now is for the welfare of the Tanunda Football Club players & officials.
Unfortunately, one of our Senior players suffered a significant injury and is currently undergoing treatment for his injury. We are supporting Angus and his family at this time.
The Tanunda Football Club Executive are working closely with the Barossa, Light & Gawler Football Association Board of Management to address several concerns arising from last Saturday’s matches.
We appreciate your understanding and support at this time.
Thank you.
Mr Danny Westhoff, President
Tanunda Football Club Incorporated

Oh look someone got injured in a Grand Final
Tanunda claiming the high moral, ground, i dont think ive heard of anything more absurd in my life.

Presumably Billy Wells didnt do anything untoward on GF day??
Tanunda dont break any rules either, salary cap springs to mind.
Take your medicine you salty sooks

Sounds like Shaun Gibson could be in a bit of trouble deliberately kneeing someone behind play in the first 10 minutes of a game. He announced his retirement on the Thursday prior pretty dirty tactic. That has probably ended a career. Kurtze being a lawyer will know what to do.

Yes, Angus would be a very very unwise person to snipe.

Not the first of this type of injury I have heard from season 2018, a B grader from TTG also had the injury i believe and has some huge scars to show the ordeal.
