I can confirm this is the case. We were aware that this may happen so have been putting our mind to some contingency plans just incase and are confident of having our new appointment finalised by next week.

We truly do thank John for all of his work with our club in what was a trying 2018 season. A great bloke and an excellent teacher, our players will be better off for being under his guidance for a year.

Will be sure to keep everyone informed of our new appointment early next week, who knows, we may even be the first to break the news!

Club Favourite - Ashley Mitchell to make a return, I have been told. Is this correct Sassi?

Wont have an outcome until tomorrow or Wednesday most likely. Ash is definitely going to be invovled with Modbury again this season, in what exact capacity is yet to be finalised.

That's great as he is good bloke and he knows his football. Also is very good umpire in the lower grades because he has played the game and talks to the players. Wish him all the best in what ever he does this year at Modbury.

For those coming to Camden Oval this year it looks a bit different. Starting to look like something now. That's the old home change room on the far left.

Yes doubt we'd get away with having the visitors infront of the verandah infront of the bar.

Pretty sure there won't be anything left :) . They ran short for the full project so we are still pursuing that. But Laser you will be the first opposition guys to use it so that should be a comfort. ;)
