Unfortunately when Pistol is in one of those frames of mind, it's extremely hard to stop him.. almost impossible..

If it makes you feel better, we played them in a one day game a few years back - he gave an easy chance first ball after drinks on a paltry 120 off my bowling..

At least you guys made him pay off his bowling :D

Yep that's what I told TJ to lock in at the end of the first innings. Only possible change could be Bedgegood for Bradshaw for stopping the Units getting the outright, but that's ambitious - Bradshaw broke our backs week 1.

Grade 1
113.99 - Eastern Park
112.10 - Salisbury West
104.10 - Craigmore
92.80 - Angle Vale

90.09 - Virginia
68.82 - Parafield Gardens
47.20 - Dublin
32.93 - Riverside

Interesting battle for 4th between Angle Vale and Virginia thanks to some eyebrow raising declarations at the weekend, i'm tipping Virginia to sneak into 4th and knock off Eastern Park in the semi final, then lose to Craigmore in the GF.

Grade 2
109.89 - North Eastern Knights
107.97 - North Pines
87.93 - Central United
86.21 - Enfield
81.47 - Craigmore
73.35 - ATCO
73.04 - Eyre Royals
67.10 - Smithfield

North Pines could steal top spot in the last round, but i'm thinking NEK would be short odds to get an outright result this week over Owenfield, which may be enough.

Central United v Craigmore match of the round. Units could lock away a finals spot with a win this week, while a loss puts them in a dangerous position.

Enfield are snot, ATCO are beginning to wind up, should be a good game this week - ATCO will win, Enfield's season will be over.. happy days for me!

Units & Craigmore to round out the top 4, and i'm backing Units in to go through to the GF, their side is starting to look dangerous on paper - Picton, D Ritzema, Thomas, Bradshaw.. S. Ritzema batted well on the weekend, Shafa is a handy sort - really it's only Woody and Tankard different than their side that made the GF last year.

Grade 3
126.26 - Angle Vale
104.36 - One Tree Hill
96.54 - Salisbury West
83.75 - Peninsula Pirates

80.21 - Parafield Gardens
76.73 - Enfield
64.00 - ATCO
42.60 - Dublin

Angle Vale a certainty for the flag. Would've said OTH a sniff, but after almost managing to cough up a first innnings win then an outright on the weekend have to wonder if they've got what it takes to win the big one.

Enfield finish season with ATCO and Dublin so half a chance to still squeeze in, Pirates and Parafield both have tough finishes to the season.. but ATCO are performing late in the season in all grades so would enter this week confident of knocking off Enfield.

Grade 4
110.13 - Eyre Royals
99.06 - North Pines
91.73 - North East Knights
91.37 - Salisbury West

78.31 - Enfield
69.32 - Craigmore
54.00 - Riverside
50.94 - ATCO

By far and away the most intersting grade. Eyre Royals touched up on the weekend, North Pines ticking along nicely, NEK losing a close one and Enfield beating Craigmore in a tight game. Most sides have beaten each other if not had very tight results, will be an interesting close to the season

Salisbury West vs NEK this week in the match of the round, winner most likely plays finals, loser short odds to miss with Enfield closing out the season with bottom two sides.

North Pines to win the flag, Eyre Royals rely too heavily on McQueen and Chaffey.

The Huts may fall into the finals, who would've thunk?

The Blues have to pick themselves up and put up a fight against the Units who I'm favouring for the flag. Sorry Tyrone, I said you guys were up against it Saturday ;) .

Owenfield to find something from nowhere and produce a win against NEK and throw a ridiculous spanner in the works.

The Pines to continue on their Merry way with their trip through Edinburgh Park.

Virginia are shot now thanks to the Gardens who may have also kicked themselves in the balls as Dublin will take 15.78 points from the round to move to 62.98 and could push them down to the relegation zone, although will the Gardens do something nice for Virginia too? Too bad if Dublin knock off the Vale this round.

I don't think Eastern Park will be playing this round, no one from Riverside B's will wanna step up, except for Darren Ireland.

Looks like it was a cracking game in Grade 6 between Smithfield and North Pines, Smithfield lost by 4 runs in a high scoring thriller, it matches their A Grade game earlier in the year at the same venue when the Pines won with a ball to spare.

I feel for Tuckers atm, he'd be livid knowing he's got another 3 votes coming but hasn't been locked in yet, I'm surprised he hasn't entered Virginia's stats in himself as he'll move to equal fifth and still have a glimmer of hope of winning the coverted medal.

He'll feel robbed if Riverside forfeit again and the PDCA will hear about it until he wins his first of many McKenzie medals.
