Pretty sure the entire R&C history is in mycricket these days.

I remember when you did, I tried but kept hitting brick walls trying to enter them, oh, and I broke up with the wife and all the books were left behind, I'm not sure if Lowie was ever able to retrieve them but we did have an almanac that was up to date and kept on file.

My early years at Salisbury North aren't there, but I remember opening the batting at Salisbury North against Smithfield many years ago where a younger LM opened the bowling, you hit me 5 of 6 balls in the thigh pad and I had a huge bruise for weeks. Game was played just before Christmas.

Would be good if Salisbury North had those books somewhere

I'm sure I would've apologized, I had a decent record against Salisbury North, loved that ground for some reason, picked up an 8fa on it.

I can totally relate, I was a young lad opening the batting for Paralowie one week had LM and Newman hitting me for fun the very next week the same thing but it was Drake and North hammering my ribs for fun.

Defiantly not the quickest of that lot, but Drakey just had a knack of bruising my ribs.......Prick

Yeah, Drakey was a very awkward bowler to face, there were just never any bad balls and they done a heap.

It was always fun teaming up with Glenn North for the association games.

I always Rated Sutton from ATCO as well, Ratters from Sandy Creek, the Left armer from Riverside and Old mate from Gawler Centrals Norton?

then in more recent times.

Willy Searle, Ozzy, Stamma, Davies, Jimmy all very good bowlers

We had Anthony Johnston and Quinton Graham opening for us both very handy! Myself and Barnesy relegated to first change.....

Left armer from Riverside was Garrard, he hated me, I opened the batting one day and every ball was a bouncer, karma I guess.
Warren from South Gawler had some zip too, he was a very angry man.
Yep, Kev Norton it was from the dog track.

I remember you having some decent wheels one day out at Yalumba, had us struggling with some nice outswing to go with.

Back in the day Grade 3 was a very strong competition still, you wouldn't see any B Grade teams playing in it and I recall 3 or 4 players making the association team from Grade 3, we'd have try-outs that ran for a few weeks and there would be 25 to 30 out there.

Finally got players scoring how I want - this is an example of how I score.. yes it's colourful lol. I use colours per bowlers - it makes it far easier to count balls faced later, it shows straight away who scored runs off what bowlers, and i use letters in the running total for extras also so i know.
