PDCA gave him 2 weeks, North PInes a further week. What a goose, might cost his team a Grade 2 premiership.

Happy for someone actually from North Pines to tell me my info was wrong.. But I got that from someone directly involved, and if anyone would know it would be him.
There is no doubt of his guilt so the club penalty will stand, i guess they want to roll the dice with PDCA to see if they can get it to 1 so he can play in the GF if they make it.

I hear there's a dispute in the Smithfield vs North Pines Women's Grade 3 semi final.

North Pines used 9 bowlers when the maximum amount of bowlers that can bowl is 8, will be an interesting outcome that will need sorting by tomorrow you would think.

I've also heard the North Pines over rate was very ordinary, and they bowled Smithfield out in the 28th over at 8:20pm.. innings should've been compulsory closed at 8pm and North Pines should've received same number of overs.

Instead North Pines technically got 32 overs for bowling Smithfield out, and passed the score in the 30th over.

How is using more bowlers an advantage? Surely it just means that your 9th best bowler gets some overs instead of only the best 8 (or fewer)

it's just the rules mate as it's a modified comp on Monday evenings.

You can play 9 players, any 8 can bat and any 8 can bowl, you must use all 8 bowlers too unless of course you bowl the opposition out.

The comp has been going strong for nearly 20 years, they have different rules per grade but some rules, such as the one stated is across the board.

LM, have you thought about doing a 'Team of the Year' for Grades 1-4?
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.
You don't need no golden cross to tell you wrong from right,
