Lying down in pain at lunchtime yesterday coping one of the worst gout attacks Ive had in my ankle (could hardly walk) and googling to try and find out if I should take my permanent daily tablets during an attack, I come across a recommendation to try Apple Vinegar Cider, at the same time the wife says she is going to the shops so I get her to get me some, absolutely nothing to lose, half hour later I am drinking the horrible stuff, 2 hours later 90% of the pain all gone, unbelievable, based on previous attacks it would take me 3-4 days to get to the same point.

Got contacted by the No.1 gridiron club in Australia to come play safety for them this season.

They called last year too, but this time they seem more set on getting me over to Vic.

It's nice to feel wanted.

Ease up man, where else would you discover that Sam Naismith will reach his 250th career disposal in round 1 in only his 29th senior game?
