Ease up man, where else would you discover that Sam Naismith will reach his 250th career disposal in round 1 in only his 29th senior game?

Did a 2 Day Mental Health First Aid Course last week!

Real good course, going to use in my personal life more than my work life.

Highly recommended. Essentially focus on mental health first aid in the same light as physical first aid. Should be taught at schools.

Facing a tough decision, the wife has gone to Mildura for the weekend, do I drink at home, at a friends or go drop my car off at home and train it to the pub?

If I'm arse up when the missus gets home from work it'll be bleeding ear time. Just had a couple of cans of Guinness, time for a whiskey. An aural hematoma is still a possibilty.

Yeah, 30 minute drive home, 40 minute train trip back to 5kms away from where I am now.

I did start really early to be able to.
