I am favouring the Cats, they should be up and about and Melbourne's lack of conditioning looked so bad it would be hard to have any confidence about them, but they went close at Cat Park last year and you'd expect a reaction after last weeks game so who could know for sure? Leaning toward WC, but not confidently and NFI about the Sydney game lol

Why is it that Melbourne saw fit (no pun) to play Jones and Viney when anyone who watched the game saw for themselves that they weren't up to it?

That's a very good question. Maybe it's the old 'better for the run' type strategy.

Whilst not as bad as those blokes I thought Brayshaw looked underdone too. I haven't followed the pre-season so it might just be he had a down day?

Brayshaw had 63 touches, 15 tackles and 4 goals in the two JLT games.

If Richmond had played a top 8 side from last year instead of Carlton, Lynch would of had a run in the VFL

When was the last time we beat Melbourne comfortably? Maybe once in the past five clashes?

St Kilda $3.40 on Sportsbet to beat Essendon... worth a dabble?
