Similar with myself, I've been trying to live foxtel free for the first time this millennium, if I was home and there was f-all on tv, I'd have it playing no doubt, simply because it's football.

Having said that, the wife said that she can't bear to see me without my racing channel or footy channel anymore and is making foxtel enquiries today, I got jack of them bumping the prices, having shit selection of shows and offering newbies everything in the world, she has never subscribed so we'll use her name.

Erin Phillips has won the AFLW MVP award for the second time and after doing her knee yesterday is planning on playing on rather than retiring.

Congrats to the Crows girls yesterday adding another premiership cup to the Crows trophy cabinet :D

I don't think they can name it after her just yet, not at least while she's a chance of playing again and winning it ( surely you can't win a medal with your own name on it? ) but I really hope they name the AFLW Best and Fairest Award the Erin Phillips Medal.

Not only has she been head and shoulders above all the other women in the first 3 years of the AFLW she's set a standard for all aspiring young female footballers to reach for and that can only be good for the code going forward. She's proven to be a quality leader, humble in her acceptance speeches and a role model for all young girls to look up to.

Congratulations must go her way.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!
