Frampton would be laughing his head off atm. Smashed over the knuckles with a wet lettuce.
If it was an AFL match he would have got 4- 6 matches no problem.

Dogs picked up injuries to Dew and Furnell that will need replacing. Madden may also be in doubt. Host of reserve lads in good form who can fill the breech.

Thanks Northerner. What is your take on the injuries. I know the medical staff know more about injuries than I do but I didn't like seeing both players with injured legs/Knees having to walk off from half way across the oval. In the case of Jordan Furnell he hopped on one leg the last 20 metres.
Surely they should be carried off or on a stretcher/ambulance. Brendan Dew almost fell down the stairs in the players race after the game as he was unaided in pain and unsteady on his legs.

That being said the trainers and medical staff do a great job.

I have full trust in the docs and head trainer with those decisions.
Furnell pulled a hammie. Cant recall seeing too many players on a stretcher after a hammie. Dewie is likely a cartilage tear (as opposed to ligament).

Norwood too good in a game that wasn't much of a spectacle.
A few key clearances late in the 3rd quarter to the 'Legs was the difference i felt. Was a good crowd of 4001 but thought there may have been a few more than that - meaning i was hoping for 5000 in what was the first Friday night fixture between these two sides since 2016

Because your season is 4 points behind you use the Rnd 2 thread. Why don't you use the round 3? :D :D
