Disgraceful, and on the eve of Betts' 300th, staggering.

Staggering really to be honest. Has AFC written all over his profile and this weekend of the best indigenous players to plays for the crows plays 300 games he decided to go racial trolling a port player.

It clearly shows that as a race we have made little to no inroads in regards rasicm.

Let’s forget he trolled a Port player (taking club v club out), doesn’t matter if he said it about a Crows player, he flat out is just a racist. Blamed alcohol but there is no excuse ever to make racist remarks

Eddie Betts becomes the sixth Aboriginal footballer to play 300 AFL games. joining, Goodes. O'Loughlin, Wanganeen, Mcleod and Burgoyne.

Five born here in SA and Mcleod in the NT.

Great effort by all of them.

Hard to argue about that.

If not him, for consistency, Burgoyne. He is still playing very good football and may play 400.

Always hard to split champions.

Fun fact, McLeod’s mob is the same as mine, very small community - he could almost topple me in fame stakes :P

Just saw his interview at the games end.

His highlight?

Kicking 5 goals as he had a bet with his BIL that if he kicked 5 he had to get a tattoo of Eddies face on his butt.

I certainly not biased but Goodes hands down. Then McLeod. His resume is better than the rest

Geez Wanganeen massively undersold on here. 1 less Brownlow but more AA’s than Goodes and was the better player IMO. What he did for both clubs was staggering. Amazing to think that a bloke with only 127 games would make the Essendon team of the century considering our long, successful and proud history and he was almost the first picked in that side

Of those players mentioned Wanganeen is a clear first for mine.

Then Goodes, Burgoyne, McLeod and Betts. I never really got the O’Loughlin love.

Goodes was more versatile than all.

O’loughlin doesn’t belong in this conversation

I think some have forgotten how dominant McLeod was especially playing in the hardest position/area on the ground.

Goodes was incredibly versatile but I would still rate McLeod relatively comfortably over he and the rest.
