You've had 4 rising star nominations since the beginning of 2017, Florent seems to be holding his own but the other 3 have all gone backwards, Ronke played one good game in a row which got him his nomination.

Typically on the back of smart list management with free agents coming in to fill the void left by older players leaving.

You're going to need a key forward and key defender in the next few years, bu the problem for Sydney is you're a little hamstrung (still) by the Franklin contract and you can only pay the same as everyone else now, so that's a disadvantage you'll need to grow accustomed too.
