I've always wondered about the culture at clubs where the A grade is staring at relegation, yet players who could make a difference and possibly save the club from relegation are running around in the twos (or lower) . Mind you, I'm quite happy for us to be playing against a weakened A grade so if everyone can keep playing their gun players in the B's, that would be appreciated as we would prefer our A grade playing finals over relegation. :D

Props to Salisbury.. came to play, worked their arse off, got their hands dirty and deserved the win.

Blues need to ask themselves some honest questions.

He Kicked 32.11, they where trying to feed as much as they could for the record. He kicked 13 on the first quarter, must have got tired!! The record is 36 is that correct? Which was time on in that game, this game had no time on! Hope Valley had 65 shots at Goal in 88min, with no time on.

Each to their own, the clubs I played for would have tried to get people that haven't kick a goal or don't kick many on the board.

Pretty nice having some quality players who have taken ownership of the gameplay and direction the Coach & Club wants to go in.
When you have players of the quality and experience like Vea Vea & Wilson-King of course you let them speak, it's bloody encouraging how tight the group is becoming.

The Salisbury result really opens up the top 3 for Lockleys. Whilst I’m sure they won’t be too vocal about it on here, they have some fair talent that have only played 1-2 games each so far this year to come back in to this team. Even if Langcake doesn’t drop back from Eagles reserves they would still be internally be confident of causing more than a few issues and be aiming for top 3.

LK: we are learning to play without our 3 best players from last year, we can’t worry about who could be in the team and just deal with who is..we haven’t beaten anyone above us and until we do the top 3 isn’t even a consideration tbh..

our game with tosfc was closer than it looks, blow out last quarter..pretty good unit to be sitting in 8th spot, they have some very useful players..Salisbury with the first real upset of the year, great result for them..Kenilworth in cruise mode..

Some talk on the other Division about the Holding Ball Rule, Would have been the worst umpiring of it seen yesterday at Hope Valley. It was both teams that where confused but at leat they where constantly bad all day. Never seen so many paid before, blokes trying to get the footy where given no prior to dispose of the football. Smithfield had a good crack it and have a few big units running around, was only last Quarter that the Hope Valley kicked straight and kicked away.
