He should have shook the goal post instead!

Rampe got 10k for sounding like a girl. Thomas got off lightly

Rampe was being sexist, Daisy was just telling the truth.

Rampe got nothing for shaking the post, I think he’s the one who got off lightly.

He got fined for shaking the post after Gil gave it the all clear.

How is he telling the truth? Calling someone a cheat is a very big accusation

Sarcasm mate! ;)

Clutching at straws spargo. These get missed all the time

Not clutching at straws at all, merely stating facts.
You’re the one who put up the misleading post.
The facts are, 2 weeks straight the umpires have missed blatant frees that have resulted in Sydney winning.
Even through you’re rose (and white) coloured glasses you can see that.

So it is fact Goldstein would have kicked it?

It would’ve been nice if he’d had the chance.
If the shoe was on the other foot & Sydney had been dudded by incompetent umpiring 2 weeks straight, you’d be squealing like a pig.

Of course I’d be pissed. But I’d be more annoyed my side conceded 7 goals in a qtr.

So, do you think it's acceptable for players to tell an umpire he is a 'f***ing cheat"?

Of course not.
But $7500 is ridiculous given Daisy thought the umpire was coaching and helping GWS.
It’s not the boundary umpires job to tell players where to stand.

$2000 fine would have been sufficient I think.

Why would a professional footballer paid thousands listen to a boundary umpire!

Look, i know i am one eyed. But believe it or not i do use some common sense. In regard to my comment about the 7 goal qtr and that costing north the game, that was the coach in me speaking.
The goal post shaking was dumb and we were very lucky. But if the bombers did the same thing. Surprisingly i wouldn't even be bitching (maybe as a joke), i'd be frustrated but again the shot was from 65-70m out and if we cant win in the alotted time. Get off.

Thoughts on Ivan Soldo not being able to overturn his suspension? I thought it was reasonably simillar to the Cox one that was thrown out earlier in the year, alas I am wrong.

Worth a week or not?

The 7 goal quarter has merit.

Yeah, half the time I'm not sure if you're taking the piss for a bite or actually believe what you're saying is true, it is funny seeing the fish that you do catch and it's like you fold your arms and lift your chin.

The Bomber thing should've been a 50, it wasn't paid, EOS, that is the first time I've actually seen you admit it being dumb and you guys being lucky, nice work.

I'm not a biter, I have a brother in law and several other Cow supporter fans that are 10 times worse than you that I just choose to ignore, the BIL happily states that he doesn't care if the Cows only win two games a year, it is laughable.

There's plenty of Port ones that leave me shaking my head too, I just don't buy into it, my team is middle of the table kind of thing and I accept their limitations unfortunately as that isn't going to change in the next couple of seasons.

Nope, a reprimand at worst for being a bit clumsy as the forearm did touch the jaw, Worpel did get straight up, Worpel chose to wait for the contact, Soldo did immediately apologise and offer to help him up.

Life to short to get too worked up. i used to get really worked up about the footy, but since the events of my life drastically changed my perception has changed. Things still bother me but i can be incredibly open minded when it comes to footy.

i can be grown up when i need to be... Other then that, i do enjoy fun discussions
