No point tanking, GWS have our first round pick
Ok, wasn't aware of that, but assume that was part of the trade last year.

So seriously, where too from here?
Is it as simple as sacking the coach?

Need a lot more than a coach replaced. Needs a review of everything from the top down. The board are doing a great job in making money but they have made plenty of poor decisions regarding the footballing department and it’s like they have forgotten our number 1 priority is to win football games.
The conditioning and fitness side of things needs a massive shake up, far too many players not hitting round 1 in great shape and a shocking run of soft tissue injuries preventing us fielding our best side. The coach and assistants should mostly be replaced at seasons end and I’d look at moving a few players on. No overnight fix unfortunately

Jim you would know more than me but I've heard a whisper the Crows are right into Orazio as he's not happy with how things are at the Dons. One would presume with his consistent soft tissue injuries that would be with the conditioning team. Do you think this would be true? Great replacement for Betts if is the case.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Both of my teams have struggled with that in recent years, North managed to turn thing around lat year after a successful review, hopefully they don't rest on their laurels after finally heading in the right direction.

The Don's need a similar review and it needs to happen now, not near the season end, not the off season, it ha to happen now so changes can be implemented before pre season starts.

Was definitely talk last year about it but he joined the leadership team this year and seems fairly happy. His injuries are a concern though and he would cost the Crows plenty

Considering he renewed his contract only last season until the end of 2021, it would take a lot more than that.

FWIW I don't think he is going anywhere.....apart from our rehab rooms.

That Fantasia to Adelaide whisper has been around a while. As per previous comments, can’t see how he’d get there even if he wanted to.

Dodoro works for the EFC, he is not a player manager. As a Member I am happy for him to protect the interests of the Football Club.

I would hate to support a club that players routinely walk out on, even when contracted.
