Father time right up his tail pipe at the moment. Hasn't really been the same since his achilles last year, hasn't got any real spring in his step, more worrying is what were once a reliable set of hands on the lead have deserted him and he's struggling to take a grab.
Lowest marks average since his rookie season, lowest hitouts since needle gate, lowest possessions since rookie season.
Out of contract at seasons end, would be 50/50 at best to go around again.

Do you think he’s got the most he could have out of his career?

Any chance he will go out when Lycett comes back? Probably depends on the results over the next 4 or 5 weeks, if finals are out the window so is Ryder.

He stays in ahead of Ladhams, so Lycett / Ryder will be the two ruck / forward options. I think it will get interesting when Dixon* is back and playing.
Forward of the ball Dixon and Frampton may play as the key forwards, Lycett / Ryder as the ruck / forwards and Westhoff back onto the wing.
Can't have Dixon, Ryder, Westhoff and Frampton all in the forward line and we structure up better with two talls + the resting ruckman.
*Dixon expected to play SANFL against Norwood in 3 weeks.

This time have gone ADL/MEL/SING/Shanghai 10500km 2 stops 14.5 hours flight time. Approx 19 hours total.
Not sure if they have done this because the AFL have made them use Virgin (code share with Singapore Airlines) or because Cathay Pacific pulled out of sponsoring? Either way, that extra stop/6 hours is just unnecessary.
