Collingwood supporters say the same. Unbelievably weak as piss.
You don’t have to go to Arden St, Princes Pk, The Western Oval, Windy Hill, Moorabin or even Waverley anymore. Just up the road from the MCG to see YOUR TEAM play. It beggars belief how fickle supporters of “big clubs” are.

The home side shouldn't need the "away fans" to bump up the crowd. Isn't that the most important lesson we take away from here ;)

I’d be more worried about fickle home supporters not turning up. Not up to the away sides to pad crowd figures

For the sake of membership it is an away game. I try to avoid away games at Marvel if I can because I just can’t be stuffed paying an extra $30-40 for a seat on top of the $1000 a year I pay for a season tick. For MCG away games we still get decent seats free

North regularly play in front of small crowds, I recall a Game against Port I think it was only had a crowd of 17k.

Hence why Jim's original statement about "paid up" members turning up is on point.

Goals. Plural.
And the Thomas one was there.
Granted Aish should have gone for holding the ball prior to that.
