Do we have any lawyers on here? Need some advice regarding being the executor of my mother will.

Not a lawyer, was close....thought about...for 1 second.
Hopefully the Will isn't too complicated.
Was an executor of my Dads will as he was last of my parents standing. Thankfully it wasn't that bad. Had a few dealings with the Trustee, sometimes they make it harder than it needs to be.

We had a nightmare dealing with my dad's executor, in the end we had to do things we didn't really want to have to do which ended any friendship with cousins that we grew up with and respected.
