Talk on the national game

Trying to sell some hope for the bluebaggers... and probably why I'm not a bookie, No good with odds...

Brisbane should win comfortably, but so should have Richmond over north but with the coach gone things changed, that's what I'm banking on...

They're a shoe in to beat my dogs next week!

No such thing when you travel.

I can't believe that Carlton are $2.85 vs Brisbane and $2.75 vs Bulldogs.

For the sake of coaching departure theories, I'm tempted to go Carlton 1-39 vs Brisbane into Hawthorn over Essendon 1-39 the following week @ $9.10.

Why does everyone rate brad scott? Hes a sooky little lar lar who achieved sfa at roos in over a decade of coaching, will never be head coach again, but him assisting sam mitchell would be ok, but sam should choose his own senior assistant

Please dont interview michael voss, was sacked from brisbane and port have been piss weak since his arrival. Rangas dont win nothing lol

Neil craig leaving carlton was quite significant, left bolton in the deep end without the senior help i ng hand, carlton never got a new ex coach type back in

Into his 7th season. If he accepts the Carlton job he'll make a certainty of it ;)

Do you really think this is possible?

12- Brisbane (Gabba) - 40/60
13 - Dogs (Marvel)- 50/50
14 - Bye (at least you won't lose that week)
15 - Freo (Optus) - 20/80
16 - Melbourne (MCG) - 60/40
17 - Sydney (SCG) - 40/60
18 - Gold Coast (Marvel) - 60/40
19 - Adelaide (MCG) - 30/70
20 - West Coast (Marvel) - 20/80
21 - Richmond (MCG) - 40/60
22 - St Kilda (MCG) - 60/40
23 - Geelong (GHMLBGT+) - 10/90

Should win at least 2, could win up to 5...

I hope you're right. Personally I can't see us jumping out of the ground like pop up sprinklers all of a sudden just because we have a new coach. I really truly hope I'm wrong!

Myth that an interim coach brings a win. Only 4 of the past 11 interim coaches (including Rhys Shaw) have won their first game

A new coach will bring optimism, but it won't improve their skills overnight.

All bullshit aside, that's the way clubs should do it, the players might lift for a change as it's generally because a team's season is shot.

I know at our workplace if you get the arse, get made redundant or give notice, they'll generally take your gate card away from you immediately but in a coaches box there's enough assistants to make sure nothing stupid takes place during the game or at the selection table.

Kane cornes writes a hugely endorsing article in the paper for camporeale to coach carlton

Revisits the time when he actually coached the crows after death of phil walsh and kept the focus within the club despite everyones grieving, he was actually quite good in the role looking back

And he actually chose not to apply for the 2016 crows job that eventually went to pyke
