Spargo likes it!
An astute observation there JK. I certainly hadn't picked them to have already won the flag in June. But, everyone's saying it now.
Only the truly wise would have picked them sooner!
Any of you Bay blokes put some cash on them at the start of the year? Must have received very good odds then.

Seriously we're going OK and yep we'll play finals this year.
Our 2nd qtr today and the last 10 mins show why we, Bays fans, know exactly where we are ATM, and the work we need to do before we start even contemplating anything.

Thought Timmy Sumner had a good return to the top level; did more than just fill an empty jumper.
North is far better than its position on the ladder suggests. Their intensity in the first half was excellent, Glenelg was made to earn every possession.
Very quiet on Snout's Hill when the Roosters kicked a goal - usually plenty of Grog types perch near the southern bar, but not yesterday?
Brickbats to the primary school for their automatic siren which sounded well into time-on in the second, causing mini-leaguers to stream onto the ground.
And Kudos to the Roosters for resurrecting the candy stripes. That is a fine looking guernsey.
