Could have got to a lot of skied balls for catches but chose to wait for it to bounce Gayle bowling, Gayle fielding in the covers at times. Something just didnt seem right, but fantastic batting by Bangladesh

They have some very selfish players in their team, it's disappointing as they could be good if they actually made as much effort playing to win as they do trying to look great.

Bangers have some real talent. Bit of a joke they haven’t toured Australia for so long

Absolutely they do, every bit as good as Sri Lanka if not better. We will need a solid performance this week to beat them.

Yeah there is no excuse for them not to.

Surely they couldn't say that teams like the Windies, Sri Lanka attract bigger crowds, greater financial game etc.

Hopefully this has changed under the test championship fixtures.

Yep. At the very least, bring the Bangers down to Darwin, Cairns and Townsville for tests next winter.

3 venues that should never host Test Cricket. Keep them for T20's if anything.

Australia is probably the only Test playing nation that could host international matches at anytime of the year.

How else are we going to play the developing nations as we aint inviting them for a Boxing Day Test match!

Not sure if I see where you're coming from, unless you mean you don't think the pitches are good enough.

You could probably play in Brisbane in say August as well.

Surely a Bangladesh boxing day will attract just as many people as a West Indies, Sri Lanka or Pakistan will attract. To be honest there is probably more Bangladeshis living over here than South Africans even.

Bangladesh are probably good enough now to play here in our traditional summer season. When Dizzy got to 200 not, maybe not worthy....

Ireland (although now is their 'summer' season) and Afghanistan will be years away from Test Cricket in Australia

On that, I'd like to see us play a test in Ireland when we go to the England in 2023 or whenever.

Yeah definitely think Ireland and Afghanistan wont and probably shouldn't come over here for a while yet.

It should be mandatory though that as part of our warm up for an Ashes in England and an away test against Pakistan is that we play an official test match against Ireland and Afghanistan. The only way they will improve is by having a crack at the best and the offset of extra publicity etc it would draw in their country.

It can only be good for world cricket if more and more countries become competitive at test level.

397 for England, ouch
Ridiculous innings from Morgan
Rasid Khan has struggled to make an impact in this tournament taking just the 3 wickets at an average of 74.66 with an economy of 7.03
