QDK gives away his wicket. Go for the throat here boys and pull them back.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

South Africa pile on 6/325

Starc with 2 fa, takes his tally to 26, equal with McGrath's 2007 WC tally

Aussies unravelling. Finch and Smith gone and Uzzi hamstrung and out of the semi you would think. Looks like Handscomb will play in the semi.

De Cock with some brilliant glove work to run out Stoinis by a matter of inches and then takes a screamer of a catch to dismiss Maxwell

4/125 off 25

Australias World Cup hopes are Gonski. Cant see them beating both England and probably India in successive matches.

Say what you like about warner but he has been outstanding.

We have the best batsman of the tournament.
We have the best bowler of the tournament.
And Alex Carey has been a sensation.

But thats where it ends. England and India have got lineups loaded with talent. We have got so many passengers with Stoinis (as predicted by most) and Maxwell (disappointingly) being the biggest squibs.
I think its time to release Maxwell from all international duties.

One of our worst losses in recent years. Everything to play for against a garbage opponent and our pathetic batsmen exposed again. Warner and Carey are the only 2 that can hold their head up high

The match was probably lost in the first few overs. Starc would want to recalibrate before England.

The worst thing is that we play England on Thursday, two days after the other semi final - the Wednesday has stupidly been left as a reserve day.

I say that if the Tuesday match is washed out, either play it on the Wednesday at the same time as the second semi, or skip a day and play it on the Thursday. Even in cricket, 5 days v 3 days is a bit unfair.

Sharma might have a say about being the best bat but Warner has bern terrific. Thursdays game is huge, bit worried smith is due for a big score but if we can through the top 3 the middle order is very brittle bar carey.

Will be intetesting to see who plays against England. Surely Uzzi won't be fit and there must be a doubt on Stoinis. Handscomb will come in and Smith should bat 3 and Handscomb 4. Personally, I think they should look at Wade. Carey should bat higher at 6. Maybe M Marsh rather than NCN for Stoinis.
At the end of the day it could be simply a matter of winning the toss.

Yep Carey has to come up to 5, Maxwell 6 and Coulter-Nile 7, he cant bat any worse than Stoinis. Smith at 3 will be the single biggest blessing of the Khawaja injury, hopefully Khawaja is never selected again in the ODI team

Wade and MMarsh into the squad

Wades medium pacers would be about as good as Stoinis was providing.
