Any kid appearing on any 'talent' show. No, they are not talented, and they are particularly un-cute, despite how 'endearingly precocious' their parents have coached them to appear. They need to all stay off the screen, until they're an adult at least.

Generally, the only people who like watching the kid perform is their parents...especially at school concerts!!

Ask any Dad who has ever been to a "Winterfest" dance/cheer event if he "liked" being there.

I'm not sure what a Winterfest is, but it sounds dreadful. Nothing against sporting events at all, kids having healthy and energetic fun is great. But it's when kids think they're being "entertaining and talented" that they need to be reminded that they are simply annoying.

3 years of your life crammed into 12 hours of one day at the Powerhouse with about 500 girls aged from 6-16 with fake tan, make up, glitter screaming and ******* screaming and ******* screaming and wooo'ing and ******* wooo'ing and ****.....

I'm glad I went to one, meant I had reason to hold my ground and say I wasn't going to another.

It's a few year ago now and I only just remembered I went to a second one but this time I had an esky in the car in the car park and went inside for two 5 minute blocks to watch Miss Boon and her troupe perform.

I'll see your Winterfest and raise you CanDance....

A week of U/6 through to open age dance comps. The worst part is you have to actually pay to get in and watch

The dance comps run 2 sessions a day, $12 per session to get in, if unlucky enough to go in the day and night session, have to pay for each session. Youngest was in 8 different sessions over the last week, thankfully i only had to attend 2

Can dance sounds a lot like School Aerobics... which isn't just aerobics, but dance and now includes a Glee section... thank goodness my boys gave up hip hop...

Though we did get to go to nationals on the Gold Coast 3 years in a row...

Now I'm a Gymnastics dad... but their competitions are actually pretty good...

Watching it once would be bad enough......

Mad As Hell presenter Shaun Micallef has joined fuming fans on Twitter, slamming ABC programming for mistakenly airing the wrong episode this week.

The program airs on ABC from 8.30pm-9pm Wednesday, but fans were left disappointed when they tuned in to be met with a repeat of last week’s episode.

A fresh episode had been recorded on Tuesday.

“What’s with the repeat? I have no life and have been looking forward to this for a week!!!” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Another fan suggested it could be Micallef’s “way of checking if we’re paying attention.”

Micallef clearly was. He blasted ABC’s programming in his own fiery tweets.

“My wife is ringing the ABC switchboard. I rang ITV. Hopefully we’ll at least get the right one up on iview. It’s a good episode too. Nice and topical. Maybe they’ll play it next week. #madashelltv #idiots,” he joked.

“Trying to get the correct episode up on iview now so you can switch over. Tried ringing the switchboard but Peter Dutton answered so I hung up. #madashelltv #wrongepisodegate.”

After the episode aired Micallef told fans he’d been in contact with the ABC:

“I’ve just heard from the ABC and they’ve just confirmed that they’re playing the wrong episode. Thank God. I thought I was going crazy …”

The ABC has been contacted for comment. It’s understood the correct episode will appear on ABC iview.

ITV Studios Australia produces the show, CEO David Mott told TV Tonight ABC was investigating the stuff up.

“Meanwhile we’re enjoying a lovely encore of last week’s episode,” he said.

“I look forward to seeing the new one soon.”

Just because they had a shit wedding is no reason to not watch them on the telly.
