what did he say?

I heard him on radio talking about Roo ringing senior players to get their feedback and thoughts on a couple of things.
Apparently JJ’s phone never rang.

He said he was glad it didn’t ring and Roo shouldn’t be ringing players as it puts too much pressure on them to answer Roo’s questions.

Threw Roo under the bus magnificently!

There's nothing more brutal like a woman scorned.

We’re off to Broken Hill.
I’m sure that’s him in the AAMI advert.

It's interesting to hear Roo's actively involving himself in this way.

I personally think tying his own shoelaces would be out of his depth - I'm interested in Crows supporters' views.

JJ made it sound like Roo was going behind Don’s back as well.
One can only assume JJ knew he was on the way out anyway.

Riccuito is probably very good at what he does in the club, a mans man, looked up to by all inside the club but is he clever enough to know when to talk shop and when to shut up? I don't think so.

He's pretty open in the media, which is refreshing and mildly uncomfortable at the same time.

Refreshing as we want more of it, players showing their character, being open and honest not just running out "We're taking it one week at a time".

Mildly uncomfortable because we're not used to that sort of openness and honesty, yet.

Big difference between being open to the media and giving up sensitive club information as has been alluded to.
If he has been acting as a “mole” that’s a serious problem IMO and you would want him gone ASAP

Agreed, I was forming a narrative to suggest if he's open in public you'd expect he is just as open in private, perhaps more so.

And only a miserly 33k at the MCG yesterday from a club with reported member numbers in excess of 100,000

Bad time slot
Ordinary opponents
Trains didn’t work
Reported apricot slice shortages
Chardonnay fridge not chilling

All genuine reasons why the crowd was low
