Would be good to see someone give it a RHG and take on either West Coast or Richmond.
Can't see anyone outside those three (maybe GWS if they ever get their shit together) giving it a shake.

They won't get close to Richmond in Melb or WCE in Perth, so they'd better hope for a favourable draw.... like they've had all year.

They've had the same draw as you blokes why aren't you sitting 2nd

As I've said elsewhere many times, Brisbane are 12-18 months ahead of us. Hopefully we'll get the same type of draw next season.

Didn't Brisbane play the two Grand Finalists from last season in the first few rounds this season, played some decent teams a couple of times, some tough road trips, they've answered every challenge, you guys hardly leave the CBD.

With the Suns being a basket case the Lions can lock in 8 points every year before the season starts

As can most of the bottom feeders, Brisbane are the big winners now though seeing as though they've improved, they were level pegging not so long ago though, realistically the Suns should've been above them by now.

This is the only season the Suns haven't beaten the Lions at least once (hopefully, it stays that way this weekend).
I apologise.

In fairness, this is the only season since the suns inception that the lions haven't been a basket case as well!

I'm not having a go at them, this is the way the system works and the AFL want teams to escalate the ladder quickly! Good on them!

Bris are one of a few teams who play the top 4, 4 times throughout the season. My father in law barracks for them, so I'll be cheering them on in the finals. For me, if they come up against a WCE or Richmond away, I can't see them winning, but I said that with the Bulldogs a few years back too! And given Brisbane have been terrible for the past few years, it gives me hope!

OK, who is FRFC?

Trouble there is that it's based on last seasons results w=hen Hawthorn, Sydney and Melbourne were seemingly good then Freo and Brisbane were poop, Freo may not be setting the world on fire but geez they've had some decent scalps so far this season.

Brisbane will be "everyone's 2nd team" come finals and then when they they beat the more fancied opposition in the GF it will all be due to a couple of 50/50 umpiring decisions and that will all change...

I think the whole premise is that by replying every time anything remotely referring to the glorious 2016 premiership side or the team they beat fairly and squarely by skill, determination and a pinch of fortune is considered a bite.

but I'm glad that you are having fun, I won't feel remotely guilty anymore about gloating of our victory.
