Agreed. Cant even run the game and decides to chime in. Didn't see him say boo when Shiel left last year.

I did the ladder predictor just now, have both Adelaide and Port making it with Collingwood v Port at the G and GWS v Adel at GWS.

Vested interest much?

If he stays, there will be calls of "how much is the AFL paying him to stay".

Just dumb by the CEO, he should know better.

Are people still surprised the AFL try to run every aspect of the game.

The AFL could dream of nothing more than it being the AFLWWE!

Well shit mate, the options seem to be something with Roos, Voss or Ratten.

I do wonder if Teague was getting a few phone calls of late.

I’ll take Teague over Voss any day of the week!
I believe they were the only 2 who made a 2nd interview or actually wanted the job.

No but I don't think the options are that great either. We would be known as the coach killers, so why would you take us on if you were from another club?

Combined with the fact that Teague is now making a name for himself around the traps, we might as well sign him before someone else swoops.

I think it's a sound enough decision, going for someone on the inside, given that we've hired 3 'outsiders' and sacked 5 coaches in total in the past 17 odd years.

For sure, hopefully the Blues can get somewhere close to who we knew and hated yesteryear.

Teague can accelerate that hatred if he puts on a John Elliott mask.

AFL fixtures chief has come out and said "Maximising attendances is the centrepiece of the finals fixture"

We already know that Geelong won't get a home final if they play Richmond or Collingwood.
So by maximising attendance the first round of finals should look like this, if the next few rounds goes as predicted.

Geel v Rich - MCG
Bris v WCE - Optus
GWS v Ade - Adelaide Oval
Coll v Port - MCG

Deledio to call it quits at season end.

Bloke was a star when he was going. One of the few bright lights at Punt Road throughout his time there. A real pity he wasn't there in 2017 but that's footy. In my top 5 favourite tigers from my time for sure.

The only pick we got right back in that infamous 2004 draft, what a disaster that was.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.
