Got it, its in a MKV file, presume you can play that on some sort of device you have? (modern TV should play it from a USB)

Yes, he makes a re-appearance in one episode (only seen up to episode seven, though). That's the sinister thing - how disarmingly friendly and articulate such a depraved killer can be.
