Sod the game. It pales into insignificance compared to the sparks that will fly when @LMA and @Brett catch up for a cold one...

Well, let's put it into perspective.
Yes, Spargo HAS done well to put the date and time in the title. (Myself, I always put the year in also, but let's keep this constructive...)
But BRETT , always put a little spiel in about who he thought would win, or about the BBQ or how crap the EFTPOS facilities are, which are all good conversation starters. So we shouldn't forget that either.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Thanks for the mud analogy there LMA.
The Central's supporters usually use another substance that sometimes might be found sticking to Unley Oval, whenever they want to make a point... I am pleased to see that your mind at least, comes from a higher place than theirs.

I never could figure out why anyone would want to rub something in dirt before eating it. I'm glad to say that I've never heard Sturt folk prophess to this unusual culinary urge.
Perhaps, yet another sign of what sets us apart?
However, I fear you may be correct about the result. Last week we again demonstrated our inability to compete with those 4 teams that are with us in the 5 ATM. We are the classic "just above middling" side of 2019, and will probably not win another game this year.

I'm sure it'll be an historic moment. Hordes of Tiger's fans celebrating after the final game of the season.
You'll be somewhat rich then. If my memory serves? Or am I randomly assuming that every Glenelg supporter has put their house on the Grand Final?
