Khawaja putting his hand up to be dropped for Smith. Wade may make an improved offer when he gets his chance.

Why aren’t all deliveries checked?

Because the ICC are a bunch of useless %^*(*&^$%^S

Its a JOKE they're only checked upon a wicket falling

Correct. Umpires are a waste of time. They don't even bother with no balls or run outs any more. And it's showing in the quality of decisions.

Archer showing signs in this innings that he maybe no different to any other West Indian fast bowler over the last 20 years. 4 over T20 spells starting to look far more attractive. Frustration definitely creeping in as the game gets further away from the poms

Typical pea heart West Indian. Going to be a short Test career. Its what 25 degrees there, see how he goes bowling 20 overs a day in Australia or the sub continent on a 38 degree day

Marnus great stuff, had some luck but survived

Wade handy innings but to lose 2 wickets in the last 20mins was disappointing - Paine has to go

Stokes was bloody great, unlucky to not get a few more wickets, bowled 16 overs -4balls straight

Hopefully keep it going tomorrow

Yep, just being a good bloke doesn’t cut the mustard. His batting is rubbish and Warner had to bail him out twice yesterday for catches that Paine should be taking

At the time of his selection as skipper being a "good bloke" was of vital importance as our lads were on the nose. Having had a large hand in turning the culture of the side around it is understandable that he has been rewarded with opportunities. There is absolutely no way Carey will replace him tbis series. But its clearly a change that will happen sooner rather than later.
