This game is just a matter of who wants to lose most.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

If that is the case, then Port wins.

Not me I'm Centrals first Crows (AFL) second.

I hate the Crows (and Power) in the SANFL. I can't barrack for 2 teams in the same competition. Footy has finished for this year as far as i'm concerned.

Do Port and Crows members/season ticket holders get free entry to this weekend's finals?

Not one mention about the chance to win an SANFL preimership

Crows SANFL Captain Matthew Wright speaks to media ahead of the SANFL finals series.

What a great opportunity for the young kids to come and play a final at Adelaide Oval.

Heath Younie

When the SANFL Crows play in a qualifying final under lights on Saturday night, it will be the first time several young players have run out onto Adelaide Oval.

For first-year Crows Lachlan Sholl, Kieran Strachan, Will Hamill and Jordon Butts, it could be their first taste of the big stage.

Speaking to media on Tuesday morning, State League coach Heath Younie said the atmosphere of Saturday’s clash with Port Adelaide would be a step closer to the elite level.

“What a great opportunity for the young kids to come and play a final at Adelaide Oval,” Younie said.

“Twelve months ago, some were playing in the TAC Cup, so they are excited and they can’t wait.

“It exposes them straight away into what is going to be a red-hot finals series.”

Younie said regardless of how far the team goes, the experience would help them for the 2020 season.

“Some of these guys haven’t had the opportunity at AFL level this year, but this is as close as they are going to get,” he said.

“For both clubs, what a great opportunity for the younger blokes, to play well and build some belief into their pre-season.”

While the older players will provide important leadership and experience, Younie said the young players should be the greatest draw card for fans.

“Andy Otten and Matty Wright will be integral parts of this finals series, but for all supporters, get down and watch the young kids,” Younie said.

“They’re the future of our footy club.”

Fans wanting tickets to the SANFL Showdown final can purchase them here.

Entry for Essential Crows members and Under-18s is free.

So.... It's all about a great opportunity for the younger players to prepare for the AFL.
Don't bother reading the article, it just repeats the above in different phrases about 4 or 5 times.
I guess it makes a break from the usual "Yeah, Nah, we're just taking it one week at a time." but I've never read a finals preview like that one before.

No, I have no affiliation with those buzzards demanding an apology from their clubs through the local paper recently.

For those wondering why the big gap between the games, I strongly suspect the answer is Channel Seven.

Sturt v Norwood, 3:20PM, will finish just before 6:00PM

6:00PM-7:00PM Seven News

7:00PM Qualifying Final

I don't know 100 percent if this is the reason, but certainly seems it would be.
No Surrender!

He is easy to see, he is the BIG tall bloke that plays in the ruck
