You should get hird back, since you are a big #standbyhird man and think it's all the AFLs fault.

Not at all. I’ve often said Hird should never get another job.
No more ex Bombers thanks.
Give Rutten the job over Caracella for that reason

Rutten is the favourite for the Job but isn't it a bit odd getting Caracella into the mix as well?

Caracella doesn’t have aspirations to coach at this stage apparently.
I wouldn’t give it to him anyway.

They'll probably see alot more as well if they don't settle the place down a bit. The club is so political and factional that I can't see how they can settle things down at the moment.

They have plenty to good talent there to work with but the club is all.over the shop at the moment.

Game pretty went to plan, Eagles too powerful and clean with the ball in front of their home crowd. Bombers never really in it, so it was a pretty dull final for a neutral bystander.

Highlight was Nic Nat's dreadlocks being pulled, and geez he wasn't happy. He reminded me of how Bruce Doull used to react when someone ripped off his headband.

Carlton and North Melbourne supporters can sling as much crap as they like, but the fact remains that Essendon have a more recent Premiership than either of them.

In fact, barring Gold Coast and GWS, Carlton and North Melbourne are the only teams in the AFL that have not played in a Grand Final this Century.

Nice Nat will probably get a week for throwing Merrit into the fence.

Can't see how he doesn't get games for that, which is shit because We are a different team with him around the ball.

I remember Cameron Clayton from Essendon wrestling with Doull at Waverley in the early 80’s. He took of Doull’s headband & threw it away. Tony Buhagiar then picked it up & threw it into the crowd.

I loved seeing the big fella rag dolling anyone that came near him.
