All jokes aside, it was bloody good game of footy yesterday! Very good standard... The bays decision making going forward was a real issue... Port were cleaner when it mattered most. I think the Tigers will get the job done this week and go on to beat port.

With the week off it looks like a first SANFL premiership for the Power.

I actually think the week off will halt the momentum and Glenelg will get another crack and win. Reckon Frampton could get rubbed out.

I think Adelaide will give Glenelg some trouble, but expect Glenelg to come through to the GF.

I don’t because we have to remember it’s Glenelg. Always creates Finals heartbreak

Did plenty wrong, plenty. Yet somehow hit the front halfway through the last qtr & had our chances. However this was an extremely stronger Port line up to the sides we beat during the home & away season. Clearly bigger & stronger. We couldn’t get our running game going, chose the wrong option too often & had a few players have arguably their worst game of the year. Bradley, usually as reliable as they come made error after error. Reynolds missed a gettable goal in the first, missed from the goal line in the third & then went down back & spoiled Curran which resulted in another easy Port goal. And that was the difference, Port got their goals a lot easier than we did. We had to work a lot harder.
I knew it wasn’t our day when Frampton kicked it out of mid air & hit a team mate on the tit in the goal square late in the last. You’d imagine that was Frampton’s last game for Port after his elbow to the head of a Glenelg defender, one of numerous snipes from him yesterday. I didn’t see Johnson’s hit on Curran so can’t comment. Special mention to Jessie White, colossal performance yesterday.
Strangely the holding the ball/illegal disposal/blatant throwing rule yesterday was completely interpreted differently to what it had been all year. Hopefully our players adjust to this, regroup & get the job done this week.
