What's the most profound question ever asked in a song?

Anything!

In light of mental health, maybe more pertinent than profound for a previous generation

"And can you tell me, doctor, why I still can't get to sleep?
And night time's just a jungle dark and a barking M.16?
And what's this rash that comes and goes, can you tell me what it means?"

"Do you think that I do not know?"
(Henry Lawson poem turned into song by a few. Not profound on their own, need to be read with the rest of the lyrics)
