What are you nervous about? You've had it won since round 18 last year.

Port Adelaide will need to make at least one change for the Statewide Super League Grand Final against Glenelg.

Classy forward Aidyn Johnson will miss after being handed a two-match suspension from the SANFL Match Review Panel for striking Glenelg captain Chris Curran in the Second Semi-Final.

Category B rookies Marty Frederick and Kai Pudney appear the most obvious choices to replace Johnson’s speed and running power across the expanses of Adelaide Oval.

The former Woodville-West Torrens pair have been joined in the Magpies’ 25-man squad by SANFL-contracted duo Matt Appleton and Ben Edwards, as well as key defender Riley Grundy.

F: Cox, Frampton, Hayes

HF: Woodcock, Marshall, Davidson

C: Farrell, Drew, Mayes

HB: Sutcliffe, Lienert, Hewett

B: Garner, McKenzie, Corcoran

R: Ladhams, Atley, Trengove

INT: Pudney, Frederick, Grundy, Appleton, Strange, Edwards, Elsworthy

IN: Frederick, Pudney, Grundy, Appleton, Edwards

OUT: Johnson (suspended)

Glenelg could take an unchanged line-up into the Statewide Super League Grand Final on Sunday.

With key forward Liam McBean expected to play despite sporting a moon boot during the week, the Bays have added four players to the 25-man squad.

Key defender Matt Uebergang, who missed the Preliminary Final, returns to the list after appearing in the Second Semi-Final against the Magpies.

Uebergang has been joined on the seven-man extended interchange bench by fellow inclusions Darcy Le Cornu, Todd Slade and Finn Betterman.

F: Reynolds, Scott, Partington

HF: Motlop, McBean, Bradley

C: Gregson, Snook, Nicholson

HB: Joseph, Curran, McCarthy

B: Scharenberg, Proud, Gould

R: White, Close, Agnew

INT: Virgin, Bailey, Uebergang, Koster, Slade, Le Cornu, Betterman

IN: Uebergang, Slade, Le Cornu, Betterman

A hypothetical is what if the SANFL clubs review it and made some changes . The first franchise would be Port Power to ark up. No doubt.
What would happen if the AFL decided on an AFL reserves comp ? Would the SANFL say no and make the them both see out the contract or cave like when they sold the AFL licences after Port again lost them millions ?

The AFL clubs pump roughly 20 million per year into the SANFL via Adelaide Oval, and bring bigger crowds and wider interest to the SANFL competition by fielding teams there - what makes you think the SANFL would kick those teams out of the competition ahead of yours?

I think you'll find it's the SANFL as a co-manager of Adelaide Oval that pumps $20 Million per year back into South Australian football.

There reward for managing football in this state for over 140 years and the organisation that built Footy Park.

Depends on how you look at it I suppose. One thing for sure is footy in SA is more than two AFL clubs and, 8 SANFL clubs, it's the whole industry

But anyway back to the game, more nervous than a kid in a dentists chair....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I expect Port to bring Grundy in as the extra tall in the back half to deal with Scott, Reynolds and McBean.

Will they play “never tear us apart” before the bounce this week?
