Club released a statement that they are allowing JJ to seek interest from other clubs.

Took them long enough!

Jenkins and his management must have been really struggling to get any club interested.
Anyone name me a player that has come out and said I want to be traded anywhere? Akermanis the last one?

The fact he had to say he will play at any price tells me there is no interest at the 600k price tag nor are the Crows willing to pay any of it.

I am very happy that Geelong is the club that keeps getting mentioned, I hope our Patton deal doesn't fall over.

Unfortunately for you Gold Coast is probably the least likely club to be interested. They have Wright, Day, King, and Lukosious off the top of my head. Jenkins would only stifle their development. Your best hope is Collingwood deciding they need a tall forward

Port don’t have any decent forwards.
Any chance him heading to Alberton?

Agree. They are different players .... Patton is a genuine tall forward, whereas Jenkins is not, but I would prefer Jenkins over Patton any day.

"I'll go play anywhere", has there ever been a man more desperate to get out of the club he's in than one who is prepared to say that?

Depends what narrative you go for. JJ even said he's happy to go back and play out for the Crows if a deal cannot be done.

Crows clearly don't want him there and IMO it is more to do with off field stuff than on field.

All round, his on field stuff has become putrid, a fresh scene could reproduce the talent we once saw.

Thought his 2nd stint in the AFL didn't warrant being dropped this year which makes me think it's most likely due to his ties to the media and feeding them sensitive information from the club.
