Sadly that may only last for a year, reckon for once you are making some good moves. Sucks.

Richmond achieved there 10yr plan. It was big, it was bold. They got the right people in the right places and achieved it.

All clubs would have similar visions, maybe not as expansive, but the end goal is a Premiership.

Clubs probably need the patience too as Dimma's reign was pretty close to being over before they covered themselves in glory.

Was a similar story with Bomber Thompson at Geelong. Could be wrong though.

Not Essendon!
All our board worries about is making money and sucking up to the corporates.
Our strategic plan actually doesn’t even mention winning Premierships or even games of football.

I was thinking earlier if the AFC had a radio station or CD, what songs would be on it?

If you leave me, can I come too (Mental as Anything)
Battlescars (Guy Sebastian)
Summertime sadness (whoever sung that)
We're all going on a "Summer Holiday" (Cliff Richards)

One for Eddie (We've still got the Blues for you)
HOGG SHIELD DIVISION V WINNER 2018.

Essendon, Norwood, Man U all in the same boat?

-United obviously has its ownership issues.
-Norwood has a garbage coach
-Essendon just is a nothing club these days. Proud just to make finals every now and then and sell 80k memberships whilst watching the buckets of money coming in. They don’t seem to realise that a winning Essendon could easily get 100k plus memberships.
And yes I’m dead serious about our strategic plan, it’s in writing
