I have to agree, there will be some drubbings, last season they had the minnows up against each other early in the season to give them some false hope.

Gold Coast should be named first.

And what is this the Power shit? Where did it derive from?

Essendon have been removed from Good Friday and replaced by the Bulldogs.

AFL not happy with 48k in attendance raising money for sick kids?

Was always just a short term deal because of how close the Easter weekend and ANZAC day were. Not too fussed really as it is North’s fixture

Gone back to North v Dogs, should never have changed it.
They got near on 40k in 2017 when they first played Good Friday.

I know Jim, it was tongue in cheek. I’d rather not play it to be honest.

Twilight games suck, but they get the most viewers. Something to do with more people being at home in the late afternoon/early evening.

AFL 2020 Season

Postby Jim05 » Thu Oct 31, 2019 11:04 am

Not a bad draw for us. Double ups against the Crows, Collingwood, Swans, North and GWS. 6 interstate trips with what looks to have become an annual event in WC in Perth in a Thursday night. Also play the Crows at AO on a Thursday night but the bizarre one is the Hawks at Marvel on a Thursday night.
Carlton at the G on a Thursday night also

Port have tough front half.

Both showdowns wrapped up by round 13 with a lone Sunday twilight game.

We don't play GWS until round 23

I can't see us making the finals, we play mainly the stronger teams twice, we play Richmond and Collingwood away (the only time we play them).

It's a stinker of a draw.

Cats two home games at the G again.......

WB only have to play one other finalist from last year twice, despite making the finals themselves. Kissed on the D!ck, a lock for finals you would think.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Well that goes against the alleged scheduling criteria.

Can understand the Easter Monday fixture as you wouldn’t want to be removed from that fixture
