As always the Grinners put on another ripping show. If they've had a better crowd than that on their tour I'd be surprised, Adelaide were up and about!

Mixing was really good, great "best of" set list, all of them at the top of their game.

They're just flat out fun to watch, you can't not have a good time at a Grinspoon show.

I actually thought it was quite lackluster to be honest, their Guide to a Better Living 20th year anniversary gig in 2017 was heaps better and had much more energy to it both with the performance and crowd. Was a good setlist but some of the songs Saturday night weren't played with the energy I expected them to be at.

I still really enjoyed More Than You Are, Sickfest, 1000 Miles, Just Ace, Chemical Heart and Post Enebriated Anxiety thats just my thoughts as to the overall performance. I think the time before the Guide to a Better Living tour they played here, when they supported Cold Chisel was better aswell.

We had a good night on Wednesday night at The Gov I saw The Mark of Cain live for the first time. They played their Battlesick album in full for the album's 30th Anniversary followed by a second set of songs from across their career. The place was packed and that was TMOC's second show the first one last Friday night had already sold out. Great atmosphere, great venue.

John Scott said the band will be going out on tour again next year for the 25th Anniversary of Ill at Ease :D

Saw this too. Definitely worth a look if you missed them last time (2016? 2017?). I'll probably pass because I went last time, but they're an impressive band with plenty of energy given they're all about 60 now. And the singer flies their own plane.

I was really excited to see them at Soundwave in 2011 I think but they were very ho hum and seemed well passed it then, I might have even left early it was that ordinary. Can't see them being any younger now.

Kiss' final tour of Australia has just been cancelled - Paul Stanley has a crook throat.

Don't worry, there'll be another one in a couple of years. ;)

Does that mean a sudden ticket surge for U2 on the same night?
